My stay at the Sofitel was delightful. The River view from my Luxury Twin Room was breathtaking. Staff professionalism impressed me greatly, and the variety at breakfast was satisfying. However, I noticed some noise from the nearby ships. Overall, a memorable experience in a beautiful setting.

Our stay was simply delightful, especially enjoying the lovely infinity pool and the calming massages at the spa. The spacious room had a great view and I loved sipping the cold Karkadeh juice at the lobby, a nice touch! The only hiccup was a faint odor in the hallway, but it didn't really take away from all the good vibes. 😊

I faced some service issues during breakfast. my order came quickly but felt rushed and out of order. Despite the pool situation and room decor, I appreciate the overall ambiance and helpful staff. I’m just hoping they address these areas for improvement in the future.
